Replecement foam pads for Porter Cable orbital sanders.

 

Replacement foam pads for half sheet orbital sanders.

 

Fits all half sheet sheet orbital sander models:

 

 

1/4" thick.    5 1/2" x 10"

 

 

These are oversize. It can be very hard to get the alignment 100% perfect when glueing them to your sander. I make them larger so you can put them on and not worry about getting them perfectly aligned. Once installed you use a razor blade to trim them flush to the sides of your sander plate.

 

These can be glued directly to the aluminum plate.

You can also use your old pads thin aluminum sheet if there is one on your sander. Remove the old foam pad and glue on this new pad.
