Replacement foam pads for Milwaukee half sheet and one third sheet orbital sanders.

No longer available from Milwaukee.

Fits all half and one third sheet sheet orbital sander models:

These can be glued directly to the aluminum plate.

You can also use your old pads thin aluminum sheet. Remove the old foam pad and glue on this new pad.

Sizes:

Half sheet is 5 1/2" x 10"

Third sheet is 4 1/2" x 8 1/2"

Quarter sheet is 4" x 5"

Use the drop down box at the bottom of this page to select half or third size.

These are oversize. It can be very hard to get the alignment 100% perfect when glueing them to your sander. I make them larger so you can put them on and not worry about getting them perfectly aligned. Once installed you use a sissors or razor blade to trim them flush to the sides of your sander plate.

Shipping to areas outside of the USA: Generally I ship postal air first class mail. Shipping varies depending on what country they are going to. It ranges from $12.95 to Canada to $16.00 or more to Australia etc.
