Special steel spacer washers to move the 2000-2004 plastic housing drivers side headlight motor over so the headlight lift arm hits the insulators (bumper stops) better. See the GM TSB here: TSB Number: 00-08-42-002

 

This is only used on the 2000-2004 plastic housing drivers side headlight motor. It is not needed on the passenger side headlight motor.

 

Replaces GM part number 11505463

Fits better then the washer that GM recomends. Costs less. The GM price on their washer is between $3.00 to $4.00 EACH!

This is for the drivers side only on the 2000-2004 C5.

 

These steel spacer washers are included in my complete 2000+ C5 headlight motor gear kits. If you are buying my complete gear kits you do not need to order these separately.

Shipping to areas outside of the USA: Generally I ship these kits postal air first class mail. Shipping varies depending on what country they are going to. It ranges from $17.50 to Canada to $25 or more to Japan etc.
