My business is for sale:

I have not found anyone to take over my business. So:

We built a home in Denver. A 55+ community. We have had it for two years now. We go there for a week every two months or so. But we are not happy there. The lot size is minuscule and I only have a smallish 3 car garage. So we are selling it and looking for a different home in the Denver area. An existing home. We do not want to go thru a new build again. We both want a larger yard and most important is I want more garage space. All my life I have been a garage person and I like to make things etc. Ideally we will find a home where I can add on to the existing garage or put in an additional garage. So my plan now is to take my business to Denver.   But: I am not making much of anything anymore in my shop here. I am also not restocking many items. You may have noticed some of my parts are out of stock now. That trend will continue. Once in Denver I will probably just sell out my existing stock and as I run out of things discontinue them. Hopefully this all happens in 2024. Once we start moving out of our home here in Wi there will be a few/several months when I will not be able to sell anything.

  • 1984-1987 Pontiac Fiero Front lower ball joint.
  • Top quality aftermarket replacement lower ball joint for the 1984-1987 Fiero.
  • Fits all 1984-1987 Fieros. Coupe and GT.

Replace your worn lower ball joints with this top quality aftermarket replacement lower ball joint. The original OEM lower ball joints were welded in. To remove them grind the welds and press them out. This ball joint has a snap ring but they can also be welded in again to ensure a tight fit. Replacing worn suspension parts with quality replacement parts will ensure your Fiero handles as well as new again.

NOTE:  You may have noticed many ball joints and tie rods being sold today no longer have castle nuts and cotter pins. They often times now have nylock nuts. I, for one, would not want a ball joint or tie rod that has nylock nuts on any of my vehicles. All my ball joints and tie rods have castle nuts and cotter pins.

* Go very well with my new Zero Lash End Links.

Receive 10% off on any purchase of 4 or more tie rods and/or ball joints (any combination).

For any order of 4 or more ball joints and/or tie rods I will deduct 10% off all the ball joints and tie rods in that order.

Note:
You may have noticed that many auto parts suppliers and others have reduced their prices on ball joints and tie rods recently. This is because they are now selling made in (mainland) China ball joints and tie rods. All my ball joints and tie rods are made in Taiwan. Their quality is well proven. I will continue to sell made in Taiwan ball joints and tie rod ends only.

Tip to install the rubber boot. Use a 1 1/2" piece of PVC pipe. Fits perfect.

NEW!   I now include a piece of PVC tube with each lower ball joint order. To install the rubber boot on the lower ball joint you need to press/hammer the rubber boot on. The rubber boot has an internal steel ring. Once the ball joint is installed on the swing arm just use a hammer and tap the rubber boot on using the PVC tube as shown in the pictures below.

SHIPPING NOTE:

I do not offer free shipping.

Because I use postal flat rate boxes for heavy orders there is no program that can add the proper amount of shipping to every order. So all shipping is added manually by myself after you place your order. That is explained here: Shipping added later explanation

When you place an order the shipping amount will show $0.00. Soon after you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that shows the amount of shipping that was added to your order.

Shipping: $10.00 (Midwest USA) Single ball joint

Shipping Note: Shipping cost depends on how much the total order weighs and distance shipped. Once the weight and distances reaches a certain amount I ship these in a USPS Flat Rate box.  Shipping for these flat rate boxes starts at $18.50 (USA). I can fit many ball joints and tie rods in one flat rate box along with other items.

Final shipping cost is determined by weight of the item(s) and distance from Milwaukee, WI. Shipping prices quoted are for items shipped to the Midwest area in the USA. If you are ordering a single item or multiple items the total shipping price is determined after you place the order. I try to keep my shipping prices to a minimum and use Postal Flat Rate boxes whenever I can utilize them for an order.
