If you are ordering C5 complete Headlight gear rebuild kits you do not have to add these individual parts to your order. They are included in the kit(s).

Most aftermarket gear kits do not include a new rubber bumper or the steel side brace. C5 owners have found that you have to have the steel side brace or the glue joint eventually fails.

Some are not always sure where the thin white plastic washer goes. So I'm putting a picture here. It goes on the output shaft like this on both sides:

Shipping to areas outside of the USA: Generally I ship these kits postal air first class mail. Shipping varies depending on what country they are going to. It ranges from $17.00 to Canada to $25.00 or more to Japan etc.

I do not offer free shipping.

Because I use postal flat rate boxes for heavy orders there is no program that can add the proper amount of shipping to every order. So all shipping is added manually by myself after you place your order. That is explained here: Shipping added later explanation
