I have not found anyone to take over my business. So:

So my plan now is to eventually take my business (mainly just my existing inventory) to Denver.   But: I also am not making parts anymore in my shop here. I am also not restocking many items as they run out. You may have noticed some of my parts are out of stock now. That trend will continue. Once in Denver I will continue to sell out my existing stock I have on hand and as I run out of things they become discontinued.

So my advice is buy it now because it may not be available in the future.

A very close reproduction for the OEM GM factory engine damper shock or driveline absorber. The small shock near the oil filter on the 85-87 V-6 Fiero. OEM GM part number is 22046473 

 

 

This project has taken a long time but I have now have them in stock and they are a very good reproduction of  the OEM GM factory engine damper. Also called a driveline absorber.

 

Note:  This engine damper shock has around a 95-5 valving ratio. It is very hard to pull open but closes very easily . That is normal. I have 3 NOS GM dampers on hand and that is how they all are. 

 

Someone asked so I'll add the min and max dimensions:

Compressed is 137 mm and maximum extension is 177 mm.  This is center to center on the eyelets.
