My business is for sale:

I have not found anyone to take over my business. So:
So my plan now is to eventually take my business (mainly just my existing inventory) to Denver. But: I also am not making parts anymore in my shop here. I am also not restocking many items as they run out. You may have noticed some of my parts are out of stock now. That trend will continue. Once in Denver I will continue to sell out my existing stock I have on hand and as I run out of things they become discontinued.
So my advice is buy it now because it may not be available in the future.

9-10-24: I am still in business and this item is still in stock.
Big Brake Booster Installation Kit
Please note (1-15-2021):
Some Fiero owners that have bought this Summit booster recently are finding the shaft on the booster is about 3/8" (9.5 mm) longer than they were in the past. Some are now buying them from other suppliers and finding some have this same longer push rod.
This means you need to order and have your booster on hand to measure the length of the shaft before you order my banjo.
Do not order the longer banjo and cut and grind it. It should be turned in a lathe so it is perfectly square.
If you buy a booster and it has the longer 7" shaft as shown in the picture below order my $25.99 short banjo.
Order the $22.99 standard banjo if your push rod is 6 5/8". I call it the standard banjo because for years it was the only banjo needed.
I'm offering an installation kit for those who want to use the larger S-10 brake booster for off road race car use from Summit that many are using.
This is the booster you need to order:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tff-2232nb
This is a brand new booster. Not rebuilt. Powder coated black finish. Note: See below
Something to note, you can save ordering the break booster from Summit racing, all though is $5 more expensive than Speedway. Is because they ship for free, where Speedway charges shipping and comes out for about $20 or $22 to ship.
Someone gave me this info:
Tuff Stuff 2232NB Power Brake Booster, 11 Inch
See the story here:
http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/072173-9.html
Developed by Phil from Coventry RI in early 2006. Phil had the idea to try a larger brake larger booster in a Fiero and he started the big brake booster topic on the forum.
Using the Summit booster was the idea of 85GT_3800SC, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada in early 2015. 85GT_3800SC bought the Summit booster and it proved to be exactly the same booster used in the S-10. He could not find a suitable banjo that fit so he fabricated his own then asked me to have some made so he and others could also use the Summit booster.
Easy to install:
Just put some Loctite on the threads of the Summit booster and screw the banjo extension on.
You also need to drill out the rivets from your old Fiero brake booster to remove the bracket and install the bracket on this Summit booster. Easy to do. The bracket that is bolted to this Summit brake booster is not used. No other parts are needed.
You do need to make (hammer) a depression in the steel inner fender for this larger booster to fit. This is fairly easy to do.
Installation notes: The black rubber boot that comes with the Summit booster is not used for the Fiero installation. The Fiero uses the OEM white plastic tube piece to seal the area between the booster and the firewall. This make sure no air enters the cabin from the front trunk area. The front trunk is sealed so this is maybe not absolutely necessary and some may choose to use the rubber boot and not the white plastic sleeve. Take the original Fiero white plastic tube and transfer it to the new Summit booster. Some have told me there may also be an early and late GM Fiero booster that has different size tube or boot? If some let me know I can edit this plastic sleeve/boot advice I have listed here. Let me know what works for you.
An installation trick from Curtis Kosley: First bolt the Fiero bracket to the new brake booster. Then cut the studs flush to the face of these four nuts. This gives you the maximum amount of clearance to get the four nuts on when attaching the new booster to the firewall.

Just installed your Fiero Big Brake Booster installation kit along with the recommended Summit brake booster. It's everything that everyone has said it would be. Gives the Fiero the braking ability that it should have been designed with at inception. The installation kit banjo is thoughtfully machined to perfectly match the Summit booster rod including machined flats that make it easy to tighten the two parts together. Was not surprised that it worked so well ... just sorry that I waited so long to do the mod. This belongs on every Fiero.
The Summit brake booster and my brake banjo kit have proven to be the most popular choice in installing a larger booster by Fiero owners!
Shipping: Shipping in the USA is $6.00
Final shipping cost is determined by weight of the item(s) and distance from Milwaukee, WI. Shipping prices quoted are for items shipped to the Midwest area in the USA. If you are ordering a single item or multiple items the total shipping price is determined after you place the order. I try to keep my shipping prices to a minimum and use Postal Flat Rate boxes whenever I can utilize them for an order.
Shipping to areas outside of the USA: Generally I ship postal air first class mail. Shipping varies depending on what country they are going to. It ranges from $18.25 to Canada to $24 or more to Australia etc.
SHIPPING NOTE:
I do not offer free shipping.
Because I use postal flat rate boxes for heavy orders there is no program that can add the proper amount of shipping to every order. So all shipping is added manually by myself after you place your order. That is explained here: Shipping added later explanation
When you place an order the shipping amount will show $0.00. Soon after you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that shows the amount of shipping that was added to your order.
