My business is for sale:

Also:

I'm also looking to sell some or all of my "in house" manufactured parts that I make in my shop to someone who might be like me and likes making things. This is one of those products. To buy my business is a large endeavor. But if you work a full time job or are retired and want to take on my manufactured parts or some of my manufactured parts let me know.

A nice sideline for an ambitious person.

I am out of these. I might make some more. Maybe.

But for now I have none in stock.

Zero lash end links for aftermarket rear sway bars

If you have a rear sway bar end link that looks like this:

This kit will replace your existing end links

This is the next generation of sway bar end links. You can now enjoy the full potential of your front sway bar with these new "No Play" sway bar end links. Based on a ball and socket design similar to ball joints these next generation end links have no play. They follow any and all angular movements of the sway bar and swing arm.

Here is an improvement: The end links are at a somewhat max angle as shown in the picture above. My kit includes special thin stainless steel washers which allow the end link to have more angular movement.

Polyurethane tends to bind as the bushing's angle changes in relation to the sway bar/rear swing arm. Compression and decompression can also be problematic as cornering forces increase, altering suspension geometry and handling characteristics. Zero Lash End Links follow all angular changes in the sway bar in relation to the swing arm with no binding and with no play under compression and decompression.

A special thin steel wrench is included along with a 9.9 mm drill bit. The holes in the sway bars are typically for 3/8" bolts. 10 mm bolts are slightly larger so I include a 9.9 mm drill bity to open the holes slightly and allow a precision fit for my end link kits.
