RodneyDickman.com business is for sale

$0.00

I have not found anyone to take over my business. So:

So my plan now is to eventually take my business (mainly just my existing inventory) to Denver.   But: I also am not making parts anymore in my shop here. I am also not restocking many items as they run out. You may have noticed some of my parts are out of stock now. That trend will continue. Once in Denver I will continue to sell out my existing stock I have on hand and as I run out of things they become discontinued.

So my advice is buy it now because it may not be available in the future.

My business is up for sale. I'm 65+ now and I want to enjoy some retirement. Doing this for 30+ years has been a very satisfying experience. I work out of my house but I have a larger house and a detached garage for my shop.

This is a full time job. It provides you a very nice income. I average about $150,000 a year in income after taxes and expenses. About the same as someone with a job that pays around $225,000+ a year. Be your own boss. Last year I made $200,000 after taxes and expenses. Equivalent to someone making over $300,00 a year in a job.

One must have good fabrication skills, a large enough work shop. Room for inventory and an area to pack orders. Or rent a facility to do this business in.

I will remain involved forever as a consultant and will also work on developing new products for you in my free time. I enjoy doing that.

I may consider splitting it up. If you are interested in considering taking some of it let me know. Looking for one who can do the manufactured parts. Motor mounts etc.

Email me at rodney (at) rodneydickman.com. Let me know why you might want to buy my business and what skills, facilities etc you have to run it successfully.

I am willing to do whatever is needed to set someone up to take over my business (with in reason). This is an excellent opportunity IMO  for the right person.
