My business is for sale:

I have not found anyone to take over my business. So:

So my plan now is to eventually take my business (mainly just my existing inventory) to Denver.   But: I also am not making parts anymore in my shop here. I am also not restocking many items as they run out. You may have noticed some of my parts are out of stock now. That trend will continue. Once in Denver I will continue to sell out my existing stock I have on hand and as I run out of things they become discontinued.

So my advice is buy it now because it may not be available in the future.

Looking for an isolation relay?

GM part # 10022620 & GM 10038949

You will probably not find a new one. You might find a good used one. I have had many requests to make a reproduction of this GM 10022620 iand GM 10038949 solation relay.

They come with wires. You cut off the old plugs to your original isolation relay and you butt splice them to the factory wires and use adhesive shrink tube (included in the kit) to make water proof connections. I might look at selling them with new plugs on them. You would still need to cut your old plugs off and butt splice on the new plugs, but it would be replaceable. IMO with a new one like this you should never need to replace it.

Potted in a black ABS plastic box and close to the size of the original. 100% waterproof.

They have a tab with a hole to mount them in the stock location with the original screw. The wires exit on the bottom.

Potted to make them 100% waterproof:

The wires coming out of them are in the correct colors.  You cut off the old plugs on your wiring harness and butt splice them to the factory harness wires and use adhesive lined shrink tube to make a waterproof connection.

The kit includes shrink tube, butt splices and solder:

After you crimp on the butt splices solder the butt splices to make a very durable connection. Do not forget to put the shrink tube pieces on each wire before you crimp the butt splices!

The isolation relay is in the front just left of the drivers side headlight assembly.

The one on the left in this picture:

Every one is tested in my test fixture:

Another option:

In my opinion if you are having problems with your headlight motor lift system not working you should just upgrade to my complete all in one relay kit. My upgrade controller kit puts all three relays in one potted waterproof box.

Shipping:  Shipping in the USA via Postal first class Mail is $7.00

Final shipping cost is determined by weight of the item(s) and distance from Milwaukee, WI. Shipping prices quoted are for items shipped to the Midwest area in the USA. If you are ordering a single item or multiple items the total shipping price is determined after you place the order. I try to keep my shipping prices to a minimum and use Postal Flat Rate boxes whenever I can utilize them for an order.

Shipping to areas outside of the USA: Generally I ship postal air first class mail. Shipping varies depending on what country they are going to. It ranges from $17 to Canada to $25 or more to Australia etc.

SHIPPING NOTE:

I do not offer free shipping.

Because I use postal flat rate boxes for heavy orders there is no program that can add the proper amount of shipping to every order. So all shipping is added manually by myself after you place your order. That is explained here: Shipping added later explanation

When you place an order the shipping amount will show $0.00. Soon after you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that shows the amount of shipping that was added to your order.
